    Canon quality? Two in a row were defective.

    2 in a row don't work. Both purchased as "New". First on had some sort of registration/alignment problem. The second one displays error message E10: output tray now extended. I believe both vendors were honest and reputable. Hence, I have to conclude the Canon has a quality problem.

    Defective printer

    It is not working .... It shows a notification SUPPORT CODE 5011 I had tried to switch it off and on again 3x and still the same
