It was a sealed box, brand new and good product. I was able to fly the drone and ever works great. It is a great value for money especially considering you also get the remote controller, Amazon sells the fly more without the controller for $289. The box was well packaged no dents and the drone come in new condition. I like the seller and I will definitely buy more products from them.

I ordered on July 29 in the afternoon On August 1 at 9.40 am, the FEDEX truck left the package at my door LESS THAN 3 DAYS from South KOREA to U.S. FLORIDA!!! It usually takes longer from any USA based seller, from much closer places. Communications was great with this seller Product arrived in great condition, and it is AS DESCRIBED I Checked with DJI US, THIS NEO IT'S NEW, LEGIT and NOT refurbished !

Bundle pricing offers noticable savings over purchasing the same products separately. Be prepared to install updated firmware upon initialization of the phone app, controller, and drone itself. Apple apparently offers the DJI fly app on their store, but if you have Android, be prepared to side load the APK file yourself as the Play Store doesn't offer it.

Shipping was fast! (arrived in less than a week) I did a test, everything works as it should. The Mini Pro 5 is super light. Everything was in the box, factory packed, just as described. Communication with the store was quick and informative. They were really helpful. Side note for those ordering from the US - customs will open and check your package at entry.
