    This seller definitely was not lying when he listed these iPhones as being in "used" condition, but they were meant as trade-ins, so it didn't matter to me. Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes). Thank you!

While unfortunate, the seller was very responsive and professional in getting the refund labels issued and refunded just as quick.
