    Versatile, many options available

    Very capable SpecAn, great value. I've used the EXA/MXA/PXA family of SpecAns for years. They're user friendly in the characteristic way of HP/Agilent/Keysight equipment. They're network capable and feature a great web interface with nearly all the controls available on the physical front panel. (Help key is front panel only) If you know how to set up a measurement from the front panel, the help key will give you the SCPI commands to do the same configuration via automation. It has a legacy GPIB interface, but anything you can do with GPIB can be done via the network interface. Even as a low-end member of the family, the EXA has decent performance, respectable noise floor, and incredible versatility.
