    shipping was great, packaging was great & It was as described, & of good value however, my mistake was not realizing that when it got here & I was on vacay for a few days & returned home to So. Central Texas, that it would have been sitting in my mailbox for 3 days in our oh so hot weather. Completely my bad for not realizing how they would not coincide w/each other the date it arrived & the date I would get home. Opened it, the individual pads were melted so I froze them. All good now!
