    Buyer was fully informed that the item was the updated Gen 2 version and agreed to purchase after viewing photos. Product was exactly as described and promptly shipped. After delivery, buyer claimed they found it cheaper elsewhere but declined our free return offer. We believe this feedback is unfair as we provided honest communication, the correct product, and excellent service throughout the ordering process.
