    K2 in this high dosage helps stop or reverse osteoporosis!

    I have osteoporosis - vitamin K2 in large daily doses like this, plus weight-bearing exercise (walking with weights in my pockets) have kept it "statistically unchanged" in the last two years, in spite of my taking Anastrozole daily. The alternative to my K2 and exercise "regimen" is one of the poisons big pharma pretends will help - I tried Prolia - one injection "cost" me a molar, which I could not have extracted for 3 months even though it was infected, and added knobs to each end of my upper jaw.
