    I had an issue with the construction of this griddle. Joe and the people at customer service for RG took care of me. They informed me today that the replacement parts were being shipped. Look at the griddle picture. See that U shaped piece down by the wheels? The bar that connects the wheels had the arm welded in the wrong direction. A new part is on the way. It took me about 3 hours to build.

    good grill for the money

    It's the right size to be portable with ease, set up was very easy, I bought this for our camper for my wife and I and its so much easier than the one we bought a month prior that said its portable. We have used it a few times already and works great. The condiment tray on the side is handy but be cautious what you put on it because it gets really hot so I don't use it. It could have a little better wheels but for what we are going to use it for they work fine, I will probably replace them. So far a 5 star and hopefully it'll stay that way.
