It was easy to purchase one from another vendor, but given how the product was pictured with the caddy, and the sensitive nature of the CPU socket, I would have expected it to be included.

    Great motherboard CPU combo

    Works fine!

    I replaced the motherboard and got my server up and running again. I loaded Proxmox on my R710 and it working as expected. I was surprised to see the motherboard came with both cpu sockets populated, so that's much!
