It was advertised as "Open Box" and per eBay's guidelines, that means "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear... that may be missing the original packaging...". No apologies, no nothing. So yeah, I had to lug that big box to a FedEx to ship it back all because they did not to disclose the defects. Did I say no apologies? The microwave got damaged in shipping. We're talking the smallest dent in the back from shipping damage and this buyer freaked out and demanded a 90% refund and they would keep the microwave. They claimed I sent it damaged. I offered a full refund upon return of the microwave. Buyer was refunded in full without having to pay anything out of pocket. I made this right. Since then, this microwave has been sold to another buyer.
