Packing was great, laptop was very clean and arrived as described. Had a slight issue with two of the keys (understandable, it is an older laptop). I contacted Cali-Goods, and they immediately offered a solution, as well as to pay to return the laptop and replace it. The problem was resolved without having to ship the laptop back. These guys have great customer service, and they really do go out of their way to meet your needs. I have ordered a few items and always a great experience.
