Phone was exactly as described. There are a couple of blemishes on the back cover, and very few on the edges next to the screen. Screen is scratch free and perfect. The phone works great, and is quick and responsive. It came with android 6.0 installed. I took a few photos, and i have to say that they are the best pics i have every seen from a smart phone (other that from a friends iPhone). There is lots of room for apps, although i wish that i could remove the baked in AT&T apps. It came with a charging cable and (very cheap) wall charger, and a bonus glass screen protector (thanks!). The only problem I've had is that it uses a different size sim card than my current phone, so I had to purchase a new one from my carrier, but that isn't a problem with the phone itself. Overall a great phone for the price.Read full review

This was a great phone while it lasted, but within two years it got hot one day and thereafter could not be made to move past the boot screen. All possible troubleshooting approaches were tried to no avail. Would not boot in safe mode either. Research revealed that this is a known fatal hardware issue with LG4's throughout the product's life. LG eventually was forced to admit that it was due to bad connector on the board. There is a class action suit by people who say they returned their phones after failure under warranty and were given replacements that LG knew were equally likely to fail. In other words, no fix was ever developed during the product lifecycle. Obviously not all phones were affected, but enough were that there is a lot about it on the web.

The battery life easily lasts me the entire work day (8 hours). I am also able to wander room to room and stay connected to my iphone, no problem.

Finally moved up from the LG G2, which might have been one of the best phones ever made. (AT&T version) The LG G4 is basically the same thing with 1GB more RAM and a little bigger screen. Camera appears to be better as well. No complaints and I plan on using it for a looooong time! Long live the LG G series. Truly incredible devices.

I recived my phone 1 week before it was supposed to come so that's a maaaaajor plus. The phone it's self is pretty cool, I did some research on it before I purchased it and saw that there would be some battery life issues but even so it's still a great phone. l find I have to charge it twice a day or so. The phone works great but I hate that I had to pay for a new sim card because the phone was locked.

I had one of these when they were new. Bought this refurb for my wife, and I am completely satisfied with the way it performs for her. It is not LARGE, compared to my present V20, and it is smaller than an iPhone 6 Plus, but it is not small by any standard with its 5" screen. An iPhone 8 is small, this is not.

It was just as described. Inserted my Sim card and I was up and running. Call quality is much better than the phone its replacing. Very happy with it.
