The ear piece is very uncomfortable after a few hours and while the device works perfectly and is of excellent quality, it's not very comfortable. The design is unique to start with, which attracked me, but not to be worn all day at work. Improve the comfort leve and it'd be a 5 star. I'd buy it again and suggest it to friends, with a warning about the comfort level.

I buy this product in batches of 3 or 4 so I have one whenever one breaks. I used to use bluetooth ear pieces and even just straight phone conversations but both ended up hurting my head so much that I had to find a wired earpiece that was better and worked well. This product is it. I end up leaving it in my ear for long periods of time and forget it's even there. I can listen through the phone (radio stations) while I work and can answer the phone when it rings. I really like this particular earpiece and hope they keep making them. Only problem is that the wire is quite thin so if I accidentally snag it on something, it's easy to break it. And I do break them usually in about 3 to 6 months.

I originally bought this item a few years ago and found I needed another one for convenience. I used the adapter with it for my old phone (2.5 mm pin) and the sound was very clear. This is a basic mono headset with an inline microphone and a rubber piece to make sure the earbud stays put. It simply and beautifully does it's job of hands free quiet phone conversations. Not all that great for music or media purposes, but it isn't designed for that. An older model done by Plantronics for Verizon, but I have been choosing it for over a decade now and probably will until my phone can't use a corded headset even with an adapter.
