Verified purchase
Item arrived ahead of time, well packaged and did not have physical damage. Vendor stated in ad, item was usable and ready to surf internet. This was not the case, internet explorer although functional would not connect to HTTP, HTTPS and FTP protocol, unable to connect to internet. This is not what I ordered REQUESTING FULL REFUND BY E BAY as vendor does not accept returns. I have tried to repair the problem for two days without success.
