The seller sent the watch promptly and it was packaged well. Upon opening, the watch itself was not quite what I was expecting or wanting. Photographs do not always depict an item sufficiently well, I guess. So, after contacting the seller she graciously agreed to accept a return for a full refund. I would recommend this seller as she did not have to do that for me. This is a seller who truly cares about customer satisfaction.

I would leave negative feedback because this seller has ruined me eBay shopping experience. Why? Because he ships fast , great communication, item just as described and it was packaged professionally. He should get negative feedback because the bar has been raised and all these other sellers aren’t even doing half of what he does . Now I’m ruined because I am gonna hope the next purchase goes as flawless as this one . Chances are not . So here I go back to hoping I get the item and i don’t fml
