Detailed condition: there is a small piece of paper under the glass (probably loose paper from frame back) in the lower right corner, it has not moved around since I've owned it, frame would need to be taken apart to remove, I don't mind doing this for buyer if you are ok with the paper back not being replaced before shipping out, just let me know. A few dark marks on the pastel paper, see photos. There is a stain on the matting bottom edge center (see photo). The top edge of the frame back is a little wiggly/ loose (see photos) and paper back deteriorated, but holds the art in place/ could still be hung safely”
