Item was not as described, had numerous parts missing.
Asked Seller for refund, Seller suggested, because item was 'so cheap', I should buy the missing parts on eBay from links he provided. I refused and again asked for a full refund.
Seller offered partial refund. Again I refused and indicated that I would invoke eBay 30-day money back guarantee.
Seller then agreed to refund, but had to be chased for email address and mobile number required by the Courier.
I was eventually refunded in full.
