Far from EXCELLENT CONDITION !!
I'm not sure who taught this seller to grade surplus.
If the seller would have been honest and said it was used but in serviceable. Then I would not have placed a much lower bid or I'd have passed on the bivy cover.
Look at the pictures. I'm not just over reacting.
I would send it back but, the return shipping will cost more than it's worth.
I'm extremely unhappy with the misleading description.
I'm not sure if it's blood on the bottom of the bivy or rust.
