Great customer service with extremely fast response to issues. However that is overshadowed by poor packing of item shipped. Item arrived in an undersized, single wall, cardboard box that was more like a cardboard bag by the time it arrived. The space between the item and box was 1 inch in some places. Well under any shipping companies acceptable recommendations and single wall cardboard is not suitable for fragile/heavy items. Ended up wasting my time/resources to ship back damaged item.
