Ordered on 01/02, I then waited for shipping notification to no avail. By 01/05 asked seller for a shipping ETA. Seller only printed shipping label after I messaged him. He never responded to me. Seller then sat on the package until 01/11. I received the item today, 01/13. The radio is junk and can’t be programmed because the PTT is faulty (3 side button + power up). All rubber on the [free] accessories are dry rotted. See below photos. I will be sending back for a full refund.

Sorry, I have been having problems on my end that have caused me to be late shipping several times. Hopefully they're solved. You complain about free accessories over a little dry rot. That's just weird. I would have replaced the radio for free if you'd just asked. I have plenty.
