Received item(momentum camera) in “new” packaging condition. Would not pair. Contacted momentum. They explained that my “new” camera was refurbished, outdated, and useless. The seller said they would give me 1/2 my money back per the eBay policy, because my returning package isn't “new” anymore. They did not care at all that what they sold me was not new, would not work, was useless. That kind of customer service is not what I expect. Buyers beware.

Even though the price was fantastic, the computer (MP6) had an unexpected flaw (firmware lock) and i ended up returning it. The seller communication was great and the return process was free, quick, and flawless. Even though i did not end up keeping the item, i still liked the seller's professionalism. Maybe more detailed testing before listing items would help but is hard to do that wholesale and still provide a good price.
