I did not receive the package even though it was tracked as delivered. Is it a box ?
The seller is nasty with attitude when all I want to know is what the package looks like so I can try to hunt it down. What size is the package? Is it a box or a jiffy bag? Any way to identify

Dear Buyer, I was notified by USPS that the package was delivered to you late on 5/10/2024. I am sorry that you didn't understand when I tried to explain that the package was brown cardboard about 20 x 4 x 6. When I screenshot delivery updates to you - you never acknowledged them. I ended up signing up for USPS delivery notification and was sent a message that you did finally receive it. For whatever it is worth, I apologize that I couldn't be of more help.
