Hi, I received a empty package. I dont know who is responsible for that, the seller tells it is the delivery company responsible. I did received payment back from Ebay. Thanks Ebay. Ps. The empty package that I received was the same weight as the package that the delivery company has written on the Track and Trace code, but still don't know who is responsible
