Seller out of the blue canceled delivery saying somethings wrong with the address. But, I get around 20 item plus from Ebay delivered to this address every year (so thats bull). I had told him, I had the vehicle apart and needed the tool to finish the work so please move it along. So after 4 days or so I get a cancel. My bet is he never had the tool and was trying to get it from someone else. Either way he wasted alot of my time with no Communication.
