  • A Reporter's Life definitely worth reading.

Uncle Walter was one of my adolescent heroes. I never missed the News at 6:30pm when I was growing up just so I could here his reassuring voice and sign off. His book is excellent and I was extremely pleased with it when it arrived in the shape described and timely manner. I have not finished it but can't wait to get to the WW2 years. What a great book by a great man.

  • "A Reporter's Life" by Walter Cronkite

Walter Cronkite was an American icon and his newscast defined the word "trust." This is a fast-paced, easy to read collection of his life experiences-in and out of the newsroom. My only criticism is the lack of photos-he interviewed so many famous and infamous people that photographs would have enhanced the stories even more.
