    Whether Analog or Optical Output, It Rocks

    I got it to make my old stereo Bluetooth enabled expecting to use the RCA jack analog inputs. But the stereo also had a stereo optical input like your DVD or sound bar. The difference is very noticeable, probably because the signal is going from digital to analog with the RCA input, but digital to digital with the optical input. The RCA approach sounded good, but the optical sounded great which included a stronger signal meaning louder music. It is very easy to pair. Turn on the power and it looks for a Bluetooth device. Choose the BluMe on your phone and you are done. Next time just power it on and it will be ready to play because it hooks up with your phone or other Bluetooth device immediately.

    Hi Fi Bluetooth Receiver

    The Auris BluMe receiver pairs and connects easily with my phone. I converted my CDs to the highest quality MP3 setting short of lossless and the sound quality through the receiver is excellent. The 100 ft range is no exaggeration. I use this in my shop and will be buying another for in the house.

    It's okay, but...

    This is okay, but analog output is extremely low, had to turn up gain to max on amp, and volume to 1 o'clock on preamp. I then tried optical which was better and sounded better with the DAC in preamp. This was for internet streaming only.
