    Body moulding arrived with clips all broken off so unable to fit where it must have just been ripped off vehicle. Obviouly packed like this, why sell broken parts ? I Understand things go wrong and they just need to be sorted. Initially seller responded and suggested using superglue and said they would offer a partial refund. Requested clarification several times on level of refund and totally ignored so requested refund through eBay. Seems absolutely no desire to put things right sadly.

    Partial refund offered for item that was damaged in transit. Customer refused and then was refunded in full upon return of the item. No reason to leave negative feedback as we did all we could to help in the matter
