The seat back has the arm rest in it and it was broken and un usable. The bottom was in decent shape some small mold stains but the detail shop was able to get them out. i left 3 stars because the item was described as fully functioning. the cost of the part to ship wasn't worth returning it. Seller was responsive i told him i was happy with the purchase.
