I asked for a $20 adjustment in order to avoid the hassle of shipping it back and seller refused. I think it was justifiable. She told me she wanted it back and would make a claim for damages. It did not happen in shipment. No piece was inside the box and the box was not damaged. MISREPRESENTATION! DECEITFUL!

The pictures in the listing showed every angle and the damage you described was not there when I sent it. I would have been happy to refund the full item to you if you wanted to send it back to me. As many of my other buyers have been very happy with my items and resolutions.

It is a good player, and in the first month of having it (bought it used) has shown to be reliable and sturdy. Has good programming features, reads cd-text, and changes discs fast. My minor complaint is that it needs cds to be in very good condition, otherwise it will randomly reject them (sometimes will not read them, sometimes it will). Bottom line: I bought it until I bring my cd player from home overseas, but I'll keep it as my main player.It is a good player, and in the first month of having it (bought it used) has shown to be reliable and sturdy.
