Very handy item..with only one small flaw.
This is a handy little tool of reasonable build quality. It has a sturdy little plastic case and is certainly fine for diy use. At first I was pleased to see it had an Allen key stub built into the mount for ease of adjusting the countersink..... 10 out of 10 for a really sensible idea... Unfortunately because it's not retractable or spring mounted it won't lock fully into my impact driver. I'll have to grind it off to make it fit properly....which is unfortunate as it defeats the object of the idea. Observations on a driver set
Aesthetically it has rather brutal charm let down unfortunately by the shoddy material it they are manufactured from. One does not expect such an inexpensive item to rank particularly highly so I am not disappointed with it's peculiar foibles. One needs a pair of pliers to swap drill bit for screwdriver bit. The ball bearing which I presume is designed to keep the sleeve in the forward position keeps falling out. But the Allen key is of exceptional quality, nicely tempered with a true 90⁰ angle. Bought for the countersink, but used it a lot. Good product.
Works, saves you the hassle of having 2 drills, in some situations this is very handy. Not as good as my old Makita one, but it was quarter of the price so I will not complain.
