    Amazing, smart, and looks awesome!

    I have several high end DVD players including another Elite, but this machine puts them down. No it's not hdmi, blue ray high definition, 13.1 or whatever else is out there. I have it run to an led TV just like my other players including high def...I like this one better. For horror movies mostly filmed in dark settings, I now see what I have been missing. Amazing sound, easy title storage ( it does it for me on most movies ) and easy access. For an older machine, the tech is simply amazing. Home run Pioneer!

    Pioneer DV-F07

    This is a "juke box player" DVD to add to your "Home Theatre". I got mine at an excellent price on eBay--saved over $800.00 from the cost of a new one. I put all my DVD's and CD's in the machine. I had to do all the titles by hand, and it would only take 12 charaters; but this machine works GREAT. I can call up any movie of CD in seconds. If you are looking for a storage place for DVDs or CDs or you want to use this as a home theatre to show movies to guest, then this is the one to get. I have mine going through 2 100 watt Pioneer Speakers, and it sounds fantastic.

    Good, high end product

    The DV-F07 is an absolutely great product. At discounted prices on eBay, you can get an absolutely amazing piece for your home theater system for not a lot of money. With this item, I keep my entire CD and DVD collection organized and readily available without having to fiddle with individual cases. Everything works very well, and the interface is relatively easy to use. My only complaint is that the organization program automatically names media with names already attached. Though this may seem nice, it is annoying to have to override the automatic (usually messy or wrong) name that the player gives. Also, you are limited in the amount of space for names and directors/ musicians (12 spaces each for two categories, 1 less in each if you want to override the automatic one). Great ...

    Really Nice Player

    unit is very nice. works great to play very audiophile sound from CDs. I havnt tried it for DVDs, but Ill bet it works well also. Has wood sides with heavy finish. I had to take them off to slide it into my rack or stereo stand and put them back on once in. Looks and sound both are incredible. east to operate without a manual. It doesnt look easy to give the CDs names. However, you can hook a computer up in front I assume to name songs. I was thinking of a notebook with the songs/info listed to keep by the player. I got mine for 245 dollars but almost new in original box. make sure and get the remote. Although, it works fine without it.

    Pioneer DV-F07 Purchase Review

    I bought the unit because my old unit could not be repaired. According to the repair shop, the parts needed where no longer available. This model was all programmed in to my home theater system and I knew how to operate it and was familiar with all of the fine points and nuances so I bought a used one instead of a new model. The used model was missing the remote and the side panels to the box but that was disclosed in the selling information and I already had those parts. The unit was shipped to me on time and undamaged. I installed the side panels and hooked it up and it has been working fine every since. The total cost is less than if I had had it repaired. I feel it was a good buy so far.
