The Hyperice X appears to be adequately built, but WAY overpriced. The projected battery life is far from what the manufacturer claims. I get a low battery warning after 30 minutes on contrast therapy. Also, a bar displays on your smartphone indicating the level of cold or heat generated by the Hyperice. After about 10 minutes the cold indicator barely moves to the middle of the bar display. Save yourself a lot of money and simply buy an ice pack and heating pad. A great job at marketing HYPE, but very.little ice.
