This poor fish was lost in the mail for a long time; usps finally delivered a badly beaten up package, about a month late. Unbelievably, the fish survived unscathed… great packaging! When the package was lost in the mail, the seller had not hesitated to refund me the entire amount of purchase. Because the fish actually arrived intact, I reached out to the seller and offered to pay for it. But the seller did not take me up on my offer. Great customer service! Thank you!
