Unfortunately the postal service sorting center seems to have lost track of this. I reached out to the seller for help with the tracking number to provide them and he immediately sent a full refund without being asked. That's great customer service and I think this seller deserves positive feedback for that. I'm leaving five stars across the board because I don't think the seller should be penalized because of an incompetent postal system.
