      A fine High Definition recording device to look out for (whilst you can get one) and use in 2023 and coming years too

      I have 3 of these devices - all for my own use. I am writing this review in June 2023 as I still feel strongly (after 10 years ownership of my first BS780, bought secondhand - it is still working 100pc !)) that this is a first rate recorder even when I look at alternatives now available - as these have less functionality and more restrictions on what you can do etc. I have another 2 of these 780s too!! I am future proofing my recording capabilities etc for the next 10 or more years in my view, in case one of these machines finally dies (means I then have another etc) . All hard drive based devices die sooner or later due to hard drive life failure (or the laser in the recorder can fail too). I have had no failures yet, remarkably, which shows the Panasonic quality.       Really good Freesat Recorder

      This is an addition to one I already own, as I like them so much. They are easy to use with various ways of recording and the advantage of recording two channels at the same time. The Blu ray player is excellent too. My one slight criticism is that you have to manually open the dvd drawer as there is no provision to do this on the remote.

      I’ve had this Freesat receiver for just ...

      I’ve had this Freesat receiver for just over 7 weeks, so far it’s working fine, the only grumble is that the internet doesn’t work on it, but it’s not a major problem as I can use the various apps on my smart television.

      If you already have Vieira linked components, then this Sat Receiver is an absolute must, and is totally integrated. The blue ray burner comes as an added bonus. Its difficult to find these new, so buying second hand should not be a worry. You can rely on the Panasonic expected long life, and usually Panasonic owners are as reliable as the kit.
