I've been geocaching for more than 15 years, and have had a number of Garmin devices, such as an early eTrex, an Oregon 550t, a GPSMAP 66s, and an inReach Explorer + (I've also had a Fenix 3x and 5x and a DriveSmart 66, but those aren't for geocaching). The inReach does what it's supposed to do just fine, but it's not very handy for anything else. The other handhelds each had shortcomings for geocaching that caused me to sell them. Garmin's current high-end geocaching models are Montanas, and while they have the inReach capability, they don't get good reviews, and they're larger than I want. The Oregon fits perfectly in my hand. It has a nice touchscreen. It does Bluetooth and Wifi, and works very nicely for Live Geocaching on geocaching.com. The 750t was the top of the Oregon line prior to the Montana, and though Garmin has discontinued the Oregon line (a bad move, IMHO), Oregons can still be had on eBay for fair prices. I'm as happy as a clam with this one.Read full review
