The good: Product inside box is new and functions as it should. The not so good: Said it was in NJ, but came from CA. Double boxing would have been nice considering bought as brand new; product box a bit beat up from 3000 mile trip. Also, a simple "Hey, thanks for your purchase" "Hope it arrived ok" type of communication would have been appreciated seeing how it was a $500 plus transaction after tax. BTW, I would have paid extra for double boxing.

Good looking tradition wood, fit, and finish. High quality tuners. Nice tone. Good quality guitar and right size for a young player. Will last a lifetime with proper care. Good size for a travel guitar. Neck is wide enough for and adult. Can use and keep for an heirloom for the next generation. I have purchased four for my grandsons and set them up professionally. A guitar of lower quality can discourage a beginner. This model is a winner. No problems. Best in class at this price point. Thank you Oscar Schmidt Good looking tradition wood, fit, and finish.
