The iPhone was the same one that was shipped. It was an 11-pro max. I offered to return the device with full refund as with any sale, but the customer demanded 30% of the money refunded and even threatened me that I should be fearful for my life and that I was dealing with African people. It's unfortunate that it ended up like that. Not sure what else to do in this situation.
