The buyer receiving the item not how I shipped it in conjunction with the delay with the post office leads me to believe someone at the post office tampered with this package.

The problem with parts that are only available as OEM.
It is the only part that fits this particular model Toyota that I can find. It works great and fit perfectly. Unfortunately it is terribly expensive for a windshield wiper (and especially one that is only 9" long). I gave it three stars for no other reason than it is just expensive for what it is, but there are no other alternatives. Works great, though.
