Product works as promised. Refurbishment appears to have been done competently and thoroughly. All original packing materials and accessories included as when new. Rechargeable NiMH batteries included appear to be not as strong as OEM batteries Sennheiser supplies with new units. So your distance range and charge-time/total battery life may be a bit compromised compared to advertised manufacturer specs. But this is to be expected, as including superior batteries would likely not allow the refurbisher to sell the item at the same level of discount that they do. I've come to accept this as an accompanying aspect of buying "refurbished" portable electronics vs. "new". Aside from that all other functions and performance of these Sennheiser headphones are proper and very good, and you should get a lot of satisfaction and product life from them, provided you treat them well, always store them in the cradle when not in use, and don't toss them around/expose them to dirt and elements the way my kids do their Apple iBuds and Skullcandy headphones. They are far too nice and pricey a piece of electronic equipment to do that to, refurbished or not.Read full review

Works great, but my model 175 works as good as these 195. Not worth extra money.
