FedEx shipping was the default selection when ordering and was not altered, seller shipped USPS. According to their own description the difference in price was 10.00 more for FedEx. So I was out that, plus had to go to the store to purchase additional baby formula to get me through the gap in delivery when the items were lost in shipping. Seller was courteous and apologetic and worked to locate lost items, never acknowledging their error in shipping. Items arrived 10 days after expected date.

Clarification: No "error in shipping" made by us, only the carrier. Address was correct (Kentucky) and USPS for some odd reason routed to California. When customer alerted us the package had not arrived, we initiated a USPS missing package search which led to proper delivery. The reason FedEx was not allowed as an available carrier when label was printed is likely due to address. Unlikely a $10 difference for package: likely $2 or $3. Thanks for the order! Hope you have a wonderful year ahead!

The facts: 3 options for shipping at checkout: FedEx(default)/USPS/UPS. FedEx/USPS difference 10.38. FedEx selected at higher rate. Seller shipped USPS. Package lost. Seller did help with lost package request. Package arrived 10 days late. Felt neutral feedback was generous after overcharge. Seller did not acknowledge error after provided photo of FedEx shown on invoice/screenshot showing difference in carrier charge from own listing. Buyer beware/verify carrier to be used before checkout.
