Item was listed as size 13W. The box I received was for a pair of 13W boots. The boots inside the box were a 12W. I contacted the seller who communicated with me within an hour or so. The next day I had a paid return label and the day the seller received the return I received a total refund. The customer service was exceptional. Bummer about getting the wrong size but it was handled very well.
