So its a used part, that’s ok but its not the part on the pictured ad which looks a-lot better than what they sent me. They sent me a very dirty part. Its actually not the part in the picture.

Extremely odd situation here. I am at a loss for words. Customer was Extremely upset that the part was Used and not New (Listing clearly states used). Customer was then upset that there was some dirt on a part that is in direct contact with grass and dirt on the underside of a mower deck. Customer was upset that I didn't take 10 minutes out of my day to wash a $5 part. I offered to pay for a return, they then stated it was good and was not a problem and didn't want to return it
