This bridge is a perfect fit to replace a missing bridge, or in my case, a damaged bridge on an old style flattop with a tailpiece and a floating bridge. It's well made and the dimensions are correct for one of those old 1930s-1960s Chicago made guitars.

I needed a replacement for an old Stella guitar and this one fits perfectly, just have to adjust the string slots which is ok because it gives me the ability to fine tune the fit of the bridge to the strings.

Like the original. You do have to file the guide slots for string size and angle. Works good on Stella Harmony, 1938 Harmony Supertone, 1950-60s United and 1970s(?) Hondo II. For Flat Tops only. This is a Floating Bridge- not to be glued.

I wanted to convert a Stew-Mac kit built guitar design from bridge plate to tailpiece string ball placement but was having difficulty finding a suitable bridge. This one provided what I needed to complete the project.
