Absolutely love my new/used shox. They look almost brand new, like they were only worn once. They were clean right out of the box (beautiful). Not happy with this purchase. I wish the seller had been more transparent about its quality and condition in the description. The kettle arrived filled with mineral deposits inside, and then when I finally cleaned it up and tried to use it, it leaked. Unusable. The seller did offer to take it back for a refund, but it ultimately didn't feel worth it to package it back up and then pay for the shipping on top of everything else.
