(eBay didn’t allow a negative option) seller was very misleading and very poor communication. Once asked for cancellation of order, subject declined. The product advertised was very misleading as well with a different image of a different product.

I turned this matter over to eBay. eBay investigated the matter, read the email exchange and sided with me. Our rating is near 100% if not %100!!! We have no problem refunding buyers or accepting an item back as we have done so in the past. unfortunately, buyer had buyers remorse.
