Not the smoothest transaction but it finally arrived. Much of the problem was that the package was returned to the seller by usps because it became damaged mid shipment. When it was returned eBay tracking indicated it was delivered, which it wasn’t.
But, despite all of that the seller acted professional and did what was needed to resolve the problem.

The post office USPS sent this silver round back to the seller for more postage, AFTER it was shipped to my town. It was right here, two miles from my house and the USPS sends it back to charge the seller more postage. Can you believe that. USPS created confusion and added cost.
