This review is due to "no response" to an issue with the order (7 days). The lock was advertised as "New Other"--- An open box item. Arrived with broken off piece packaged within a different box. Which tells its true condition upon sale. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not purchase from this seller in the future. Item was not properly packaged and damage with scratches and chips in brass. LUCKILY-- Baldwin stands by their product and not the ebay seller. Manufacturer helped me and NOT THE SELLER.

thankful for the seller that they provided with with these shampoos for such a good price and it even came with an extra one! in the photo it shows that the shampoos spilled and i do wish that the seller took them out of the original box, cleaned it up a bit and put it inside a new box. especially for the $15 shipping cost. it was a huge mess i had to clean up and lots of product was lost. still good nonetheless

Listing said "open box" but all the parts were supposed to be included in faucet trim kit. When it arrived, it was poorly packaged, and two parts were missing, including one that was pictured in the listing. Contacted seller who told me just contact Moen. Ask about his return policy and seller ghosted me. Had to delay completing my job and cancel plumber who was scheduled!!

    Maybe a good deal?

    I bought this razor for my autistic son. On the first shave, his neck was a little red, but I attribute that to him not understanding this is not his old Norelco razor. Two concerns I have about this razor: 1. The way you charge it. It only comes with a cord with a USB connector on it and I am not sure if there is a rating on an electric wall cube so that you can charge from electricity rather than your computer, and 2. Norelco suggests you link your razor to your smart phone - not a fan of doing that and not good reason to me as to why this is necessary. Other than that - pretty good for the money. I wouldn't have bought it for full price.

    Not easy to use, drags, too much extra surface beyond cutting heads.

    Too much plastic surface beyond cutting head. Cant get blades into hard to reach areas like under nose. Bulky design. Sense IQ is dim-witted.

    outstanding shaver!

    shaver works great, i just decided to upgrade from a previous norelco shaver that was many years old. I was surprised at how well the new shaver performs ,closeness of shave, how easy it is to clean, etc.
