Everything was as listed, the only thing I would say could've been better is the packaging could have been in a box not shoved in a bubble wrap Amazon bag. USPS (which was not the seller's fault completely, but a larger box would've prevented it. ) shoved it in the mailbox damaging the box. Luckily the product was fine, and so far it works great, but for the future seller should send an electronic item in better-secured packaging.

BUYER BEWARE-
UPDATE- upon using the device we noticed it would not hold a charge more than a couple of minutes off the charger. We let it charge overnight and it still would show a green battery on the charger and then turn to a red battery within a couple of minutes and dying there after. I kindly contacted the seller and the seller was very rude. I Do not recommend buying from this seller.

SELLERS BEWARE!!!! This buyer did nothing but complain from the getgo--about the packaging, the way USPS handled the item, claims it's 'defective' and I lied in the listing, then calls me "rude". Item worked when I checked before listing, but buyer says I sold a defective item. Wants a refund, I issue the return label, then she wants to keep it b/c the mfgr is sending her a new one. Buyer complained if I didn't answer messages within 2 seconds. Save your ears--avoid this buyer and her issues.

It looked better than the photos and in better condition than Ii was expecting; a like new in appearance with no cracks, stains, dirt or odor. They sent a nice card along with it.
