As there is no postal service in South Africa, one needs to use a courier service . eBay's own "Expedited International Shipping' engages with the now defunct SA Postal Service - which results in items being 'lost'. The seller said in the description that the item is working and the assumption is it was tested but upon contacting the seller they said they did not test the item yet they described it as working fine. I cannot use this item and I shipped it to another continent paying duty and shipping costs.
